TKS Veggie Wrap

Sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking, right? Well, give this one a whirl. Sometimes we make this wrap on the weekends – maybe after grocery shopping or going to the beach or when you just don’t want to dirty any dishes.


2 regular avocados (peeled, pitted, and sliced)

2 regular carrots (grated)

½ regular cucumber (sliced)

2 cups mixed greens

½ regular red onion (sliced)

2 regular tomatoes (sliced)

1 cup sprouts

Sun-dried tomato pesto

Whole wheat wraps


  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prepare your produce.
  3. Spread some of the pesto on a wrap.
  4. Place some of each veggie on your wrap.
  5. Roll up as tight as possible, cut and serve.
